I know you’re tired.

Tired of waiting for change it’s like you’ll never see.

Tired of feeling and being treated as if you’re inadequate.

Tired of working and not seeing results.

Tired of “same stuff, different day”.

Tired of “wait your turn”.

Tired of “what about everybody else”.

Tired of excuses.

Tired of lacking.

Tired of being tired.

I’m tired too.

But a breakthrough lies right on the other side of exhaustion.

It’s okay for us to admit we’re tired.

The problem comes in when “tired” becomes “defeated”.

We’re tired. We’re not done.

Rest when the job’s done.
